We have a range of services designed to meet your needs:

BudgetPay - Help spread the yearly cost of your home phone bill across equal fortnightly or monthly instalments.
Centrepay - choose an amount to have regularly deducted from your Centrelink payment and put towards your Telstra home phone account
HomeLine™ Budget - if you have one home phone service and don't make a lot of calls
InContact® - a home phone service which allows incoming calls (except reverse charge calls). Outgoing calls are restricted to emergency services, selected numbers and calls made with a pre-paid PhoneAway® card
Telstra Bill Assistance Program - we can help you if you are experiencing financial difficulty and having a problem paying your Telstra home phone bill
Telstra Pensioner Discount Scheme - if you are an eligible pensioner you can get a discount on your new connection, a monthly discount on eligible phone bills and free access to Call Control

Other ways we can help:

Flexible billing - We can offer you a Single Bill, large print or Braille bills and a range of other options
Telstra Indigenous Hotline - if you are Indigenous, call 1800 444 403 for help connecting or maintaining your Telstra services
Internet options - whether you use the Internet every day, or every so often, we have a range of BigPond™ plans for you to choose from
Language Assistance - our Multicultural Call Centre offers assistance in a range of languages
Payphones - accept Telstra Smart Phonecards in addition to coins. A number of payphones have in-built hearing aid coupling device, volume control feature, language selection, large visual displays and improved wheelchair accessibility. Over 200 payphones have TTY facility. These locations can be viewed here
Pre-paid cards - can help you control the amount you spend on calls
Priority Assistance - if you, (or someone living in your household has) a diagnosed life-threatening condition that may be at risk without access to a fully-operational phone service, you may qualify to receive Priority Assistance from Telstra
Telstra’s Disability Equipment Program - we offer a range of specialised telephone equipment to help people with a disability to access our standard telephone services
