Sponsorship Applications

If you are requesting sponsorship support from Telstra please complete the application form below. Telstra will contact you in writing within four weeks of receipt of your application. All phone inquiries should be directed to the Telstra Sponsorship Request Unit on 1800 808 687.

To submit attachments to accompany your application, please email to sponsorship.unit@telstra.com being sure to include the same contact name and number as entered in the application form.
