Telstra reunites Australia's favourite MasterChefs for new iPhone 4
Telstra is turning up the heat this Thursday night, with a “three-hat” line-up of former MasterChef series 2 contestants at Telstra’s 400 George Street Store to celebrate the launch of the new iPhone 4.
With critic, judge and co-host Matt Preston at their side, MasterChef Series 2 winner Adam Liaw and runner-up Callum Hann will be on-hand to “wow” the crowd lining up to purchase the new iPhone on the stroke of midnight. Joining this star-studded culinary line-up are popular former MasterChef Series 2 finalists Marion Grasby, Alvin Quah, Courtney Roulston and Matthew Caldicott.
Telstra Consumer Executive Director, Rebekah O’Flaherty said the George Street midnight launch would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for iPhone and MasterChef lovers alike.
“Telstra is reuniting some of the nation’s favourite former MasterChef Series 2 contestants and we’re looking forward to rewarding our loyal iPhone fans with the opportunity to get up close and personal with their cooking heroes.
“We’ve got an action-packed night planned and we can’t wait to get the party started. From tasty apple treats prepared by the contestants to high-energy cook-offs, this is one launch party you won’t want to miss,” Ms O’Flaherty said.

Telstra is giving customers throughout Australia a chance to get in early to purchase iPhone 4 by opening selected Telstra stores at 12.00 AM Friday, July 30.
