Managing my Telstra shareholding online:
Telstra Shareholders can access their holding details online. This includes transaction history, payment history, bank details and communication elections. Individual issuer sponsored Telstra Shareholders can update details such as the registered address and payment instructions online. Company and/or joint Shareholders (issuer sponsored), for security purposes, are required to submit a hard copy form to the Telstra Share Registry when updating the registered address and payment instructions (please refer to the forms section below). Please note, Shareholders who are Chess sponsored will need to contact the sponsoring broker to update details.
- Go to www.linkmarketservices.com.au/telstra
- Enter your SRN/HIN (this can be found on your latest dividend statement), your post code, the security code displayed and read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Your holding details will now be displayed. Please use the following sections to help you locate or update information in relation to your Telstra shareholding:
Holdings – here you can access your transaction history, holding balance, holding value and see the last closing share price.
Payment & Tax – here you can access your dividend payment history, payment instructions and your TFN. Shareholders can update bank details here.
Communication – use this section to become an e-Shareholder. You can update your postal address, email address and communication elections here.
Forms – a number of printable forms are available here. Under the Change Details section, Joint and Company Shareholders can find a form to update the registered address and payment (direct credit) instructions.
There are also forms for TFN or ABN notification, Estate Administration and Off Market Transfers.
