High-Bandwidth, Low-Carbon, a climate change report commissioned by Telstra
Telecommunications networks can help reduce Australia's greenhouse gas emissions by almost five per cent by 2015 and deliver up to $6.6 billion a year in financial savings for Australian businesses and households.
Towards a High-Bandwidth, Low-Carbon Future: Telecommunications-based Opportunities to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions is a study commissioned by Telstra and prepared by climate change experts, Climate Risk.
The Report has been peer-reviewed by independent experts World Wildlife Fund Australia's Chief Executive Officer, Greg Bourne, and leading Australian energy and environmental authority, Dr Hugh Saddler.
