Telstra's Remuneration Framework
Information in relation to our remuneration framework (including information regarding our remuneration strategy and policies and their relationship to Company performance), together with details of the remuneration paid to Board members and senior executives during the most recent fiscal year can be found in the Remuneration Report included in our most recent Annual Report.
Each year, the Board reviews our CEO's performance against agreed measures and considers the CEO's compensation and entitlement to performance based remuneration. Each year, the CEO undertakes a similar exercise in relation to senior management. The results of the CEO's annual performance review of senior management are considered by the Board.
