Service difficulties and troubleshooting faults
If you're having difficulty making a call on your Telstra residential service, view Troubleshooting Faults or contact Telstra Faults on 13 2203.
To report a fault on your Telstra service if you use a Teletypewriter (TTY), contact Telstra's TTY Fault Centre from 8am to 5pm EST Monday to Friday on 1300 139 404 (TTY) or 1300 552 384 (Voice).
At all other times please contact Telstra Faults on 13 2203 via the National Relay Service 13 3677.
