Graduate Opportunities

Telstra has offered graduate roles for many years - and had an active graduate program for a number of years.

In 2006, at the start of Telstra's five-year transformation program, the corporate-wide graduate program was suspended while the business undergoes significant change.

We anticipate advertising for the 2009 graduate intake towards the middle of 2008.

Rather than be rotated though all parts of the business, graduates will be assigned to a single part of the business - where they will be exposed to a variety of roles.

The business units taking part in the 2009 intake are Human Resources, Finance & Administration, Telstra Consumer & Channels and Telstra Enterprise & Government.

Telstra is committed to investing in the next generation workforce and will assess the graduate intake every year during our transformation.
